Raw Food for Babies? Often the question is can our Baby’s eat raw food too? Here are some raw food recipes which are created for babies.

Yes, they can eat raw and if you want them to be healthy and nourished, raw food is good for them. Greens and are vital for growth and other colorful vegetables as well. You can warm up a little bit, this does not reduce the enzymes like it would, if you cook the vegetables or fruits. Raw food is the most natural thing and it does not harm if given in the right way. Here are some helpful tips and good advice to make the most nutritious raw food for your child.

Babies will love to explore color, texture, and taste.  Consider introducing a wide variety when starting on solid food.  Green seems to be the main issue so think about bringing a positive vibe when preparing green foods.

If you have a Thermomix you can also very easily warm the smoothie to 37 degrees, keeping it raw but warm and comforting for your little person to enjoy.  If you don’t have a Thermomix all of these recipes you can slightly warm them on your stovetop.  Don’t overcook as you will lose all the enzymes and some of the dense nutrients.
