Here is what to know before the switch to Veganuary
What does it mean to switch to Veganuary? It is a movement of people who are committed to trying to go vegan for at least a month and eating meat-free, dairy-free, egg-free, only plant-based food. They look if it is possible for them to go vegan.
It is a worldwide movement, and a lot of people already joined. No doubt, many of them will, at least, reduce the consumption of animal-based products. There are so many delicious, healthy vegan recipes that will let them forget about meat.
It is only a little change they may need to make, like having the right equipment to prepare the meals, like a Vitamix or a Spiralizer, and all will be faster and easier.
